This is a wonderful extending dining table from Gordon Russell. Part of the Camden furniture range, this table dates from the 1950s. The table top features a superb grain pattern. Beautifully designed, the table features slightly bowed ends which are mirrored in its elegant, elliptical legs. Fully extendable, the table’s centre section can be removed and stored underneath the table top.
The name Gordon Russell is pretty legendary amongst 20th century furniture enthusiasts. The firm was at the forefront of UK furniture design during this period and became particularly well known for providing very high end furniture for the boardrooms and executive offices of major companies.
The table is in super condition as we’ve had the table top refinished to a high standard by a professional furniture restorer.
