This is a beautiful dining table, designed and manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s. This stunning, elegant table is compact and space saving but features additional leaves that fit in place to allow the table to be easily extended to accommodate extra diners. The top has a beautiful wood grain above the table’s central pedestal base. A Lotus or Flip-Flap teak dining table by Dyrlund, it has hidden extension leaves that slide underneath the table-top and can be drawn out and unfolded when extra dinner guests are expected. An ingeniously designed and truly iconic Danish dining table.
Founded in 1960 and still making furniture today, Dyrlund pride themselves on delivering only the finest quality furniture for high end homes and offices. To this day, they place great emphasis on skilled craftsmanship, using traditional Danish cabinet-making methods.
The table is in super condition as we’ve had it refinished to a high standard by a professional furniture restorer.
