This mid century bureau was designed and manufactured the 1960s. A finely crafted, high quality desk, the bureau features three spacious drawers set below its desktop. The top section is fronted by a panel that drops down to form the desktop area, with beautifully crafted shelves drawers and pigeonholes to the rear of the desk space. This is a high quality little bureau with beautiful drawer handles. The maker remains a mystery but the quality of this piece suggests either a Danish maker or a Scandinavian influenced British designer.
The key is present and the lock on the bureau is fully operational.
