Description
This stunning mid century modern sideboard was manufactured by Everest during the 1960s. It’s undoubtedly one of the rarest and best British sideboards that we’ve come across. A finely crafted, high quality piece with some amazing features. The sideboard features 4 drawers, the long top drawer having a removeable cutlery tray within. The super-cool handles and the flip-out drinks cabinet are other design highlights. This is a rare, high end sideboard with adjustable glass shelves within its cupboard spaces. And … check out those legs too!
Everest was a small British company making stylish pieces in the 1960s. If you do a Google picture search you won’t find many of their pieces possibly because, like other small makers, they sold through quality independent stores like Heals of London and Chapmans of Newcastle, who didn’t like makers labelling their pieces.
Structurally sound and in super condition with, as you’d expect, some small signs of age and use.
