Description
This is a super stylish vintage bar or sideboard in rosewood, designed by Sygvard Bernadotte for Atlas & Silkeborg Möbelfabrik of Denmark in the 1960s. Its stunning rosewood grain is truly beautiful.
Some of its cleverest and most attractive features include a felt lined pull out drawer for cutlery and cocktail stirrers and a little tray for mixing drinks that also pulls out from within the cupboard area. The right hand cupboard door originally housed a fridge unit and can easily accept a new fridge to keep your beer bottles or prosecco nice and cool. There are vents in place on the top of the sideboard to allow the required ventilation. Alternatively, this piece can be used as a traditional sideboard or drinks cabinet without a fridge unit.
The top of this piece has been stripped and refinished to a very high standard by a professional furniture restorer, leaving the grain looking fantastic.
