Description
Six ‘Spaghetti’ stacking chairs designed by the Italian designer Giandomenico Belotti. Designed by Giandomenico Belotti (1922-2004), these retro Spaghetti chairs are very cool and very comfortable with their PVC spaghetti straps on steel bases.
After graduating in architecture from the University of Venice, Belotti began working in research, restoration, city planning and industrial design. From 1979 he worked with the Italian firm Alias Design planning spaghetti chair. Still considered one of the most contemporary expressions of modern design, the chair is part of the permanent collection at the MoMA in New York and the green outdoor collection.
