This Ladderax system was designed by Robert Heal and manufactured by Staples of Cricklewood in London during the 1960s. Sold in top end shops like Harrods, Heals, etc., these flexible, adjustable shelving systems soon became a mid-century design classic. Fast forward to today and Ladderax looks great within a modern environment.
This design classic features a single bay of Ladderax with 2 shelves and a cabinet with sliding doors. Stylish and functional, this is the classic Staples Ladderax mid century shelving system. The wooden uprights and easy removable supports, allow the teak shelves and cabinet to be positioned wherever required. This is a very versatile piece of retro furniture.
