Stylish and functional, this classic IKEA piece has shelves which are fully adjustable and can be set at any height you choose. The black metal uprights are stiffened by the presence of a cross frame . This is a very versatile piece of retro furniture, similar to ladderax modular shelving systems. The mid century Scandinavian design movement was all about reinterpreting simple, linear shapes from earlier design periods and making them ‘simpler’ and this 1980s Swedish piece represents a more modern extension of this philosophy.
A structurally sound, great looking piece of furniture that is ready for use with, as you'd expect, signs of age and use, including some marks to the shelves and ladders. Comes with 6 shelves.
